FITNESS CARD FOR PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE ATLAS FITNESS&SPA

Fitness for pregnant women is a set of exercises that makes it easy to go through the pregnancy period and prepare the body for childbirth. Lessons include dancing warm-up, strength and specific exercises to strengthen the muscles and reducing the discomforts in problem areas, breathing exercises, meditation techniques to relieve psychological stress, as well as exercises to improve flexibility. 

Classes are held under the supervision of a certified coach.
