From the 28th of February till the 1st of March in city in Rostov-on-Don has passed the Open Championship of the Southern Federal District in Powerlifting, Bench Press and deadlift "Southern Outpost" WPC / AWPC.

In the competition, along with 300 athletes, fitness instructors of complex Atlas Fitness & Spa took part. Our instructors Arthur Khmara and Nataliya Yavilyak in the discipline of "WPC bench press without equipment" were first and put two more medals in their sport banks. 

This is not the first victory of Arthur and Nataliya! In their sports career they have a large number of victories in national and international championships. They are the authors of original methods of bodybuilding and fitness, with which you can get acquainted during personal training.
